What Brands Are You Loyal To?

Cover it in shaving creme and put it in the oven like a ball glove.

Problem solved.

And everyone knows that you oiled the mitt with the shit in the can from Rawlings, put a baseball in it, wrapped it tight with rubber bands and put it under your mattress.

While it might not be officially part of the Kingsmen line, I did find something similar from a good company that I've bought from before. Clearance pricing plus another 20% off for a weekend flash sale, and this magnificent bastard is headed my way.

So, they had a warehouse mixup and sent my order to someone else and his to me. I had to take the order to a UPS store and send it back. Dude netted a 50 clam gift card for his troubles, so betweenthe clearance pricing, flash sale and gift card, this went from 600 to 150 for me, which will probably still be 50 for each time that I wear it.

This.

Also, my dad was a big fan of Joe Morgan and how small his 2nd basemen's glove was. That got passed down to me so when I was in high school the guys used to get on me about how small my glove was.

Salved my gambling losses from last weekend by pulling the trigger on the roughout suede Chukka boots from No Time To Die. Bodiley's in England originally said that it would be around four weeks due to high demand, but they found a pair in my size and got them to me via DHL today.

You find anyone who will do Loake 1880 get some.

Absolutely do NOT buy them from Loake's official site. I just went there and added something to the cart and went to check out seeing if they would remove the VAT. Not only did they not remove the VAT but they threw a little juice onto the conversion as 292 pounds became $465 instead of $392, and then they tried to add Illinois sales tax on top of it, which is a scam because I'm pretty sure they don't have a brick and mortar presence in Chicago. The boots ended up being $513. At that price point, you could just get Crockett & Jones ex-VAT, with free shipping and an honest currency conversion from Bodiley's.

I'm sure if you looked into it, you could find one of their retailers in the UK who'll sell ex-vat and ship to the US.
