Just finished rereading Dan Simmons Hyperion Cantos (Hyperion, Fall of Hyperion, Endymion & Rise of Endymion). It had been about a decade since the last time. :)

Just started SM Stirling's The Sky People.

I just began reading Public Enemies. It is about the rise of crime during the Great Depression (Machine Gun Kelly, John Dillinger, Pretty Boy Flyd, etc.) and the advent of the FBI. like I stated I just started it and it doesn't appear to pull any punches regarding HH running of the agency. Pretty good so far and their even is a mention for two pages of a robbery by Dillinger in my hometown (Fostoria). I remember growing up andwalking by the Tri-County Bank and my grandfather showing me the bullet holes in the outside brick caused by a member of the gang's Tommy Gun.......
