What book are you currently reading, or recommend?

Just finished
The Rule of Four- same vein as DaVinci code but a better book.
Consent to Kill- Vince Flynn (guilty pleasure, one of the consultants for the show 24)
Thank You For Smoking- Buckley (different but not better than the movie)

Now reading
The Lions of Lucerne- Brad Thor (wife got it for me for xmas cause I enjoyed the Vince Flynn books)

On Deck
Devil in the White City
The World is Flat
Speaker for the Dead

One of the books not mentioned here that gets a major recommendation from me is The Alienist by Caleb Carr. Not a light read, historical fiction about an Alienist(now would be a forensic psychologist) and a team of detectives tracking a serial killer in NYC around the 1890s. Well written and well researched.
The Rule of Four was pretty enjoyable (especially with all the OSU references).

Devil in the White City was also a good read. One of my favorites.

A couple more I really liked were:

Confessions of a Street Addict (Jim Cramer's autobiography)
The Tipping Point: How Little Things Can Make a Big Difference by Malcolm Gladwell
The Wal-Mart Effect by Charles Fishman

I am currently reading whatever my 4 yr old granddaughter totes over to the couch. The lil champ knows she has me wrapped around her finger and all she has to do is ask.

Last book I finished for myself was Up Country (Nelson DeMille). Before that, True Evil (Gregg Iles).

Favorite novel: Les Miserables.
