What are you currently eating?

Simmering on the stove as we speak. Did a kind of "what's in the fridge" version of Hunter's Chicken.

Chicken legs and thighs (browned first in a little grapeseed oil and bacon fat), onions, green peppers, tomato, and garlic stewing in red wine and chicken stock along with some fresh thyme, a bay leaf and a chunk of parmesan rind. Fresh sage gets stirred in at the end, then served over rice.
