I decided I needed a beater watch, so I got this (new with tag still attached) for half price through a grey market dealer. The Orange Monster arrives on Monday, and I'll post a pic that hopefully will be visible.

He looks like somebody who was a pretty big, strapping guy in his prime. Exactly the kind the agency would pull aside, and say "you want to do something exciting and make some extra cash on top of your Air Force pay? Well, there's this little 'airline' we've got."

The only watch I own, Tudor 58. On the lookout for a GMT but otherwise content with a one watch collection.

Tudor has a new GMT that one can--unlike the Rolex GMT--actually buy at retail.

I know, but I still have yet to see it at retail. I also suspect it'll be too big for my tastes. I've tried on a used Rolex GMT at an AD, but it was priced at 13K, which is not what i'm going to spend for a used watch (I understand that's the market price, but that just means I won't buy one). The Rolex GMT, though, was just perfect size...
