I think for the organization this is the larger issue. Giving a chick an oil change as she grinds on your leg is a bad look, but the fact of the matter is, he hid behind the importance of family, skipped out on flight back to Jax with team, and then gets caught in photos/videos plastered enjoying himself too much with young chicks.

The problem is that it’d take some heavy convincing, if allowed at all, for a player to be granted the ability to skip the charter flight back to Jax after that game. Granted, if vaccinated, they’d be allowed to carry on their way for a short break after playing the Thurs night game and getting a long weekend….but it’d be on the player to organize their plans from Jax once back from Cincinnati.

Urban looks like a jackass bc he used family and proximity to Columbus to bypass the team charter, and then gets caught on camera being a horn-dog. It’s the optics of it all…..do as I say, not as I do. And to top it off, he essentially exploited fact he’s HC to call that shot, bc again, I don’t think any players on that roster (unless under extreme circumstances) are granted permission to skip flight back. Especially under current Covid protocol.
