Urban F. Meyer (Former OSU, CFB and NFL coach)

I have noticed a large change in his demeanor since being back...been a little short with most people (friendly still though) and just yeah seems tired. Been a tough year for UFM and this is just my opinion but...

I have a feeling this is it for coach and Day will succeed him at years end. Hope I'm wrong but I just sense something is off. Would not be shocked if he goes the Stoops route and leaves next summer (to lock in the recruits). All just my guess of course.

You could be absolutely spot on but not sure there’s substance there. I think he’s still working through what was probably the most difficult adversity he’s faced in his life (both Urban and Shelley were drug through the mud) followed by an exhausting / emotionally draining game. None of us know for sure but the guy doesn’t strike me as someone who can step away from the game if he’s got his health. He’s just absolutely not wired that way. He’s home, he wants to slay Nicky and Dabo and I just don’t see another place he would go. I don’t see him leaving for the NFL at this point in his career. Notre Dame is fairy locked down or I could maybe buy in.

Yeah just my opinion on what could happen... but absolutely just a gut feeling. Would explain the coach in waiting stuff a little

Not sure I buy into this quite yet, but I am slightly concerned. Last night was definitely not the Urban we have seen. Very odd body language. Honestly reminded me of post MSU B1G Championship Game demeanor and not what you'd expect after a big win. But he has seemed the same Urban otherwise since his return. Thought he came across very well in his first presser back.

In any case, I hope whatever happened last night was a short-term issue (a bug or a migrane, etc.) and not signs of a bigger problem. Hope Urban coaches here for another decade, but only if he can do so healthy and happy.

I was wondering who was calling the plays in our final drive to win the game. Was it Day or Coach Meyer.
