Billmac91, don't forget Bill Davis (LB coach). Turned a LB U school into a dumpster fire.....frankly, I don't understand it. UFM's biggest calling card is his ability to recruit talent. In the Pros, you draft 'em, you don't recruit 'em. Also, given his great attention to detail, how's he going to make grown-ass men, making more than he does, get into a four point stance, rather than a three, when that person has made All-Pro for several years? Just don't see it happening. As for pillaging (love that word) tOSU staff, yeah, I can see that happening. Everyone (?) has the ambition to perform on the biggest stage, and face it, the Pros are bigger than college football. Maybe not to you and me, but to the many people that don't owe allegiance to any college. Definitely see tOSU QB coach (Meyer's son-in-law and father to his grandkid), bolting to the NFL. Hartline, maybe. Seem to recollect that he was a serviceable pro, but not an All-Pro. Maybe I'm wrong here. Coach Mick, his skill set could translate to the pros, but (in my humble opinion), his impact on collegiate players is higher than would be on pro level. Pantoni, ahhh, his skill set could translate nicely to the pro level, just not focusing on recruiting, but on the waiver wire, or just plain keeping an administrative touch on everything. Losing any of the above would hurt tOSU. Cripple, maybe, but have faith in Coach Day to go out and pillage (that word again) other college staffs to fill the created voids. Trust and have faith, Buckeye faithful. Go Bucks!
