i'll take "ways to get fucked by the long arm of the usps oig" for $800, alex.

now zach is probably speaking out of his ass, but by no means would meyer (and his agent) be at all pleased by his mailman or someone else in the chain divulging such information to anyone. you're darn tootin' that if there is any fire to this smoke, then meyer's posse will file a complaint. and i would not... at... all want to be the target of a usps oig investigation. that dildo will be in the shape of a forearm and a fist, but there will be no lube.

I am thinking that it was anything "official" from USC they probably would use FedEx.....instead of USPS

Even if he does go to USC, who cares? He maintained a level of competition elevated by JT, he took recruiting to the next level IMO and established some great pipelines to powerhouse high schools in Florida, Texas, Nevada, and helped to regain some ground with Cass Tech in MI. He left behind a team and a coaching staff built to continue the winning tradition of Ohio State football. He handed the reigns of the HC role to a guy who has absolutely hit it out of the park in terms of his first coaching staff.

Ohio State is in good hands regardless of whether they need to beat the Trojans en route to another National Title in the next few years. I wish Urban nothing but the best if he decides to coach again or not. It’s a tough profession to walk away from.

I think very few people would fault Urban, and would actually root for him. Drake on the other hand......

I will always contend that Drake is the primary reason he left, yet a bit baffled as to why he stayed employed by tOSU.

Urban Meyer would be motivated by the desire to achieve something special. He would have a decade to catch up to others. California has a great pull for recruits. Sounds great.

Only one problem. The next time his head lights up, he could end up a vegetable. He has achieved an awful lot. I hope that he is wise enough to avoid USC or any other coaching job.

When you earn the time to enjoy life and spend time with grandchildren, it is very special.

i will always contend that failed oversight of a ticking time bomb is the primary reason urban left, yet a bit baffled as to why zach stayed employed by urban.

if you don't clean your own house, don't expect that someone else is going to do a good job cleaning it for you.

Because he was given a multiple game suspension when he felt he did zero wrong. The health issues was a favor to tOSU to not bury them on his way out. I also think, there may have been internal pressure from Drake to fire Meyer, and the compromise to help all parties was to let him finish season out with his head held high, turning team over to his chosen successor, and he rides off into sunset to live his life with limited damage.

Make no mistake though......Meyer thought both he and Gene Smith were thrown squarely under the bus and he was pissed. If he didn't love the university so much, last year could've been an absolute clusterfuck. Moreso than it was........
