Easy to bounce back from. They hurt a bit when you have then though.
Hey G8erbait, I lived in Daytona Beach pretty much my whole childhood. Personally, I love Columbus. The changing of the seasons is great, the economy is considerably better up here and we certainly don't lack from things to do.
One of differences I've seen from when my brother attended UF I went to games with him is that Florida fans love there football. There is no denying that. But in Columbus, its a lifestyle. Game day festivities stretch for miles. The children in school are decked out in scarlet and gray. The people here don't just like or love the Bucks. They live the Bucks. And as a fellow Gator fan my whole life, the atmosphere here won me over years ago. There is nothing like it on the face of the earth. And I've been a lot of places.
Inside the stadium, during the Big Ten schedule, it gets so loud you can't hear yourself yell. You just let it loose and and hope somethings coming out, because you can't tell. The WSU game in 2002, I was a mile away from the stadium on my way there on foot and I could hear the stadium chanting "Lets Go Bucks" like they were in my ear. 105,000 people can make a lot of noise. I've never heard the Swamp as loud as I heard the Shoe during 2002 Penn State.
That's my info. Take it for what its worth.
