Last week Rivals.com Southeast recruiting analyst Jeremy Patterson spent five days touring high schools in Dade and Broward counties collecting film and scouting the top players in the country's biggest talent pool.

Here are a list of the players who were discussed...

And this is what JP had to say bout' a couple of Ely Boys...

The last stop of the day was Pompano Beach (Fla.) Ely where we attended practice.

<!-- End Image------------------>Ely is another school that seems to have an endless supply of prospects. By far the best looking prospect on the field is offensive lineman Ronnie Wilson. He is a huge kid that plays with a mean streak. He actually looks to have slimmed down a little bit since we last saw him at the NIKE camp and appears to be more athletic.

Another impressive prospect on the Ely squad is tight end Michael Holton. Holton has an impressive build and has excellent hands. He has good quickness and is one of the top tight ends in Florida.

Biggest Stock Increase: Ronnie Wilson had a solid showing at the NIKE camp in Miami, but not good enough to earn four star status. However, after seeing him strap on the pads, he is much more impressive. He is very strong and most importantly extremely impressive along the interior line.

Looks Like TAZ is finally starting to get some of the 'Love' that he deserves...

Keep up the great work!

I've been lurking here for some time now. I'm in the defection stage of several other forums that have just gotten beyond stupid. I just wanted to chime in on the Ronnie Wilson thread, being a fellow Floridian now living in Columbus for almost 10 years. I attended Mainland High School in Daytona Beach. You're 2003 Class 5A state champs!!

Ronnie, the weather here is nice. It gets cold for a few months, but I've seen it hit single digits in Daytona Beach too when I lived there. By the same token, high 80's are quite common here in the summer and late spring.

When you walk out of that tunnel on Saturday, you'll see why Buckeye Fever got a hold of me in 1995. There is nothing like the 'Shoe on Saturday afternoon. I haven't missed but two home games since 1995 and I still get chills everytime. There truly is nothing like it.

I hope you make the decision that's right for you. But Saturday in the 'Shoe is like nothing else in the world.

Go Bucks!!!

Bit off-topic, but the weather here in lansing is hilarious. I think this climate is gorgeous... the locals, on the other hand...

Example 1: The local radio weather guy warned us of a "real scorcher" a few weeks ago. Watch for overexertion in the heat. It was 83 degrees with relatively low humidity.

Ex 2: People start to collapse in the streets when the temp tops 80.

On the other hand, there are usually 3-4 days each year (that I've been here, anyway) where I'll get into my car to be informed that the current temp is below -15 F. But it's a dry cold, so it's not as bad
