lets be honest.... we dont know if ole Bag'O Cash was involved back then... but we know likely for top guys it probably was ...
Basically that Bey is waiting to be 18 in 2 weeks and then either be released by Tennecheat and sign with OSU or entering the transfer portal in Jan for OSU. I'm not sure if I'm 100% buying that, it's a strange set of circumstances. What are they saying there?
Bey’s recruitment has flashes of Landon Collins commitment to Bama. His mom was selfish and publicly outspoken (even at his announcement ceremony) that she disapproved and wanted him to go to LSU. Collins stuck with his heart, went to Bama, and how did that ultimately work out for his career?:
Great speech on this:
- First-team All-Pro (2016)
- 3× Pro Bowl (2016–2018)
- PFWA All-Rookie Team (2015)
- BCS national champion (2013)
- Unanimous All-American (2014)
- First-team All-SEC (2014)
- Second-team All-SEC (2013)
Right. His mother didn't want to see him get merked on national television. Can't blame a parent reallyAnd one truck stick received from Cardale Jones

Rivals insider Sam Spiegelman said he was told by a source that Legend Bey’s signature was forged on his financial aid agreement by his mom. She went to Knoxville alone to pick up his paperwork in person from Tennessee which is weird because the paperwork isn’t required to be picked up in person.
This matches with what some Tennessee fans posted on their ON3 site Wednesday saying she was at a Tennessee lounge in Knoxville last weekend and made it known she wasn’t signing anything for Ohio State. Another Tennessee fan said she was there alone as Legend refused to get on the flight with her.
Their insider called these things, “exaggerations” at the time but it turns out they weren’t.
So the earliest Bey could become a Buckeye is in January via the transfer portalSpiegelman said he expects Bey’s best route forward will be to enter the portal because there’s no way to prove she forged the signature. Probably too much hassle as well.

It feels like perhaps the mom and brother had some sort of “external motivator” to push him to Tennessee. Perhaps they had a side deal with an NIL brokerHow emberassimg for the family.
I’d be mortified

After reading the story about Phillip Bell who basically supported his family through "side deals" while he was in HS and possibly middle school, you wonder how many of these kids have been used by those who are supposed to protect them.It feels like perhaps the mom and brother had some sort of “external motivator” to push him to Tennessee. A LOT unfortunately. After reading the story about Phillip Bell who basically supported his family through "side deals" while he was in HS and possibly middle school, you wonder how many of these kids have been used by those who are supposed to protect them.

Yeah and it's one thing if it's a bad group of hanger ons it's another when it's family viewing you as their meal ticketAfter reading the story about Phillip Bell who basically supported his family through "side deals" while he was in HS and possibly middle school, you wonder how many of these kids have been used by those who are supposed to protect them.
