Ugh. Is that Grand Lake St. Marys? I know they have had a hard time with algae blooms due to runoff from the huge amount of fertilizer used by local farmers.

I haven't been in the lake in years, but just driving by it, I can tell you that it has been looking (and smelling) a LOT better over the past few years. I think they're on the right path, but still have a way to go to completely resolve the issue. The mess wasn't created overnight and won't be fixed that quickly either.
