I honestly think it's the opposite. I think we've spent too much time hyping up the boys and telling them to go hard, play '3 seconds after the play!!' and 'knock their heads off!' and it's coming back to bite us.

What we lack is not intensity but discipline. We have to be the least disciplined team in the Top 10. Whether it's minding the gaps, not doing stupid shit like taunting our opponent's sideline (right in front of the ref for Pete's sake), whatever - we just lack discipline in all phases of the game.
