Little nervous after the suspensions. VT plays extremely well at home, particularly at night and their defense is always tough. I still like our odds but the suspensions could not have come at a worse time imo...rest of the schedule is not terribly difficult.

I'm worried about DE the most, but I'm not sure if I'm convincing myself of this or what but I think we'll be fine there. Don't get me wrong, there will be a drop off. Bosa is arguably the best player regardless of position in the entire country. But I think Hubbard is going to be a stud, and then in addition to him you have Jalyn Holmes and Darius Slade behind the other starter Tyquan Lewis. There's also Jashon Cornell, but he's a freshman (although he did come in the spring). Then even though Jalin is a stud, we are stupid deep at HB. I'm actually more worried about the WR position opposite of Mike Thomas. I'm thinking it will be Noah Brown to add his blocking ability, but he can't take the lid off the defense. I think we still win comfortably but not. Convincingly. Maybe 31-20.

Strange things can happen 1st game of the year, night game, on the road, hostile environment. I think it will be close for 3 quarters and then the Bucks and Ezekiel pound them into submission in the 4th and ultimately take the w by 2 scores....31-17.
