2018 tOSU Recruiting Discussion

From several writers on 11W have made comments that Coombs is fighting for Banks but Schiano(or Urban)may not be completely sold on him. I wouldn't have made the comments on here until I kept reading the guys making similar comments for a few months.
And those 3 DBs you can't turn down any of them.

Huh. Banks is an incredible athlete and Coombs knows corners. Hoping Coombs wins that argument

I'm not saying that he isn't. But if the staff has the opportunity to get Surtain instead of Banks, you have to jump on that opportunity. Not saying that it'll happen, its all just speculation, but its a good problem to have

Justin Fields, No. 4 in ESPN 300, decommits from Penn State

Justin Fields, the No. 1-ranked dual-threat quarterback in the ESPN 300, decommitted from Penn State on Tuesday.
.

.
Fields is the second five-star prospect to decommit from this 2018 Penn State class, joining defensive lineman Micah Parsons, who decommitted in April.

Is something going sour at Ped State?

The scent of one good season? Typically goes fast.

5. Which program will be happiest when the day is done?

Teradja Mitchell

A lot of teams have multiple commitments at the event, but Ohio State will be the happiest. Even without Jones, they will be repped by Gill on offense and on defense they are loaded with Teradja Mitchell, Brenton Cox, Jaiden Woodbey and Josh Proctor. I have a feeling there could be multiple position MVPs in this group.
