Game Thread tOSU at USC, Sat. Oct. 31st, 7:30 pm ET, NBC

I agree this was a train wreck of a game. Rain, night game, on the road, new QB, too many penalties, too many drops on key plays, poor defensive play. The best thing was the kicker. He made every FG. Given one or two long balls to receivers other than JJ and we are in it. It was not a great game and yes both feet were shot. Maybe even shot off. Not a confidence builder for Fahey. Day should have rotated in Tavien to see how he would do. IDK.

Let’s just win out and hope for the best.

I know some people said "this is worse than those Purdue and Iowa losses" and I disagreed last night. But now, I think they're right. Not the game itself, because those games were atrocious... but we never stood a chance in those games. We got beat. Last night, every statistical aspect says we should have been the ones that won 30-18, not the other way around. It's insane that we lost that game as badly as we did.

The constant self sabatoge definitely makes this one feel "worse". At least those Purdue and Iowa games were just catastrophic ass kickings and you couldn't really spin "what ifs" on them.
