I think it is very important to note the difference in our O Line this year vs. last year when thinking about playing Sparty again. I like the effort by this postion group and they certainly are getting better but.......

The other thing going for us on defense:

We may let the big play go, but it also has dramatically increased the chance to cause a turnover this season.

And MSU has thrown more INTs than TDs this season.

The offensive line last year against MSU was offensive. They got blown up all game long like I've never seen. It can't be worse than that effort.

yep it was the game where they figured out Brewster would dip his head before the snap. With just that in itself i'm confident we will have what we had in yards last year in that game (170) by half time at least.

Not to change the subject (for too long), but I know it is a penalty for the defense to simulate snap counts. The defensive line can't yell "HIKE!" or whatever word the offense often uses.

Is the defense allowed to clap their hands? Could that screw up Ohio State's "snap count"?

My only time seeing Ohio State in person was last year Vs. MSU and that was disappointing to say the least. Going to MSU Saturday for my second game. Payback is a bitch.
