Lack of a play maker

It's been obvious since start of conf play... What's even worse Is the team defense isn't even good to kinda take your mind off the offensive side of the ball.

I would be more ok with that if I saw 5 guys out there busting their butts and playing smart and aggressive basketball. Unfortunately, I'm seeing that from no more than 1 or 2 guys. May as well give someone else a chance, because this lineup isn't working and it hasn't been for a long, long time now. Unless the goal is to finish the season getting no further than the round of 32. In that case, we're well on our way.

That's the problem in a nutshell. If you're subpar from three as a team your offense is going to struggle.

We are tied with Longwood College in 3 point shooting percentage.

But I think we need to face this fact: This team is not as good as we thought it was. Or Matta is not getting the most from them. Either way, we need to adjust our expectations accordingly. The sad part is.. Even though this team isn't as good as we thought it was... It's still a top 10-12 team. :lol:

You think Matta will be out on the trail for some 3-point snipers this off-season? Gotta think he'll want to add at least 2 guys who can shoot the 3 ball.
