Interested to see the results.....who is your top remaining target for the 2017 class?

Watch out for Lynn Bowden. At teh very worst, he's athlete the best athlete that I've seen at Warren G. Harding since Mario Manningham. Electric!

FWIW, WGH hosts Cleveland Heights (Jaylen Harris) this week.

Tie between Akers and Okudah but my vote(and slight lead) goes to Okudah. Defense wins NCs

With Lindsey committed and such a small class, I see no way that Bowden gets in. He's very talented and probably would've been in if there were more spots open(and if we didn't get one of the most electric players in the country who plays the same position)

Okudah for me. Perhaps the most talented but I'd also note some questionable depth at safety and the fact that Pryor might grow out to a LB...meaning Okudah would be the only safety in this class.

I would actually have Browning next just because of the sheer talent.

Okudah would probably get my vote, but Akers is very close to the top. Then Hines and Browning would have to be near the top, but with some really nice '18 LBs as targets, would taking a LB this year be a huge priority? I'm thinking they would be content with putting a bigger emphasis on LB in '18 if it meant squeezing Akers and/or Okudah in this year.

I have Okudah at 1a and Cam at 1b. If Dobbins sticks around he alone can provide depth at RB. But Okudah is a unique talent in the secondary who can shut down the pass from the safety and corner spots.

There's a fairly decent chance Ohio State lands all of Akers, Okudah, Tufele and Browning/Hines.

I guess my top guy would be Akers. I think he can get carries right away, which will be very important next year if Samuel leaves early.

I'd say priority #1: Keep Shaun Wade. I say this even though I think Okudah has a slight edge in talent, though they are both elite difference makers. Reason being if we don't get Wade he'll likely end up at ttun or bama, teams I expect to play at 4-5 times over the next 3 years. Okudah on the other hand will go to dumpster fire Texas or overrated Oklahoma. Yes we play OK next year, but I don't expect to see either of those teams in the playoffs. OK has their shot this year, but after that I don't see them back to 9-10 wins.
#2 Okudah.
#3 Akers
#4 Keep Dobbins. Again, if we don't get him he'll probably end up at Texas or something and I don't expect to play them ever over the next 4 years. Akers on the other hand could end up FSU.

#5-7 (Staff said they expect 5 more bringing my list to 7 though I don't see how they get there) Anyone at this point. One of Browning/Hines, any DT, Jaylen Harris would make this the best WR haul ever, there is just so much talent left. L Wade would be insane and I'd love to have him, as would Holmes, but that is trending away. Frankly those are all guys you should say yes to immediately, but let's see how the season plays out. I'd like to check off those other 4 boxes asap, sit there at 20 and see how the season goes. Then we get a feel for who is NFL bound and if we have a great season and OK and Texas both underachieve we could land the guys I have listed above.
