Assuming that "grip it and rip it" is not an allowed form of release in his worldview, I have to assume that it's the ten years of backed up nut in his system. Must have some type of euphoric effect on the brain.

Tim Tebow is the wildcat, its new, its different. Its propelling a previously shitty team to the playoffs, in a year or two defenses will figure it out and it will stop working just in time for a few copy cats to be left in the lurch because they thought it would work forever too.

He does not have to do a thing this year - but be better by the end of the season than he was at the start of it. By that measure, his first 3/4 of season as a starter is a success..

I have as little regard for those who think he will be a highly effective NFL playoff QB this season as I do for those who said that he would never win a game as an NFL QB and needed to accept his role as a fullback. Ignoring the cult following after the many last minute wins this season (I know - how hard is that?), he has played well enough that Elway will have an uprising on his hands if he does not keep Tim on in Denver. Right now Tim has the top two Fatheads in sales. Broncos season tickets will be a hot commodity in a crappy economy because of Timmy, and they are selling merchandise like crazy. He is making money for the franchise, and when the smoke clears, that is all that matters.

A tag on this thread says "future tight end". I think that's the point. He wasn't supposed to do ANYTHING. He gives an anemic offense some spark (leads the league in rushing,but lets be serious here),and their defense has been closing out games very well.

The pats will probably mangle the broncos this weekend. There will be about a 1000 posts of "Itoldyaso's",when in reality this team (minus an upcoming defense) isn't very good. B.Lloyd was their best receiver by leaps and bounds. Not only is tebow not a great passer,but he also has nobody solid to throw to.Winning the games they have won is pretty impressive.
