The media just took it and ran with it. I was surprised that it took this long to break. He was home once the news was breaking and the media took it and ran with it. It was a mess trying to get out of the neighborhood today with all the media outside. And if the true story does come out it will be quite and interesting one.

I theorize that his wife tried to beat him with a golf club, maybe even landing a hit, and as he escaped, he runs into the fire hydrant then the tree. Why else would she bust the window out of the back of the SUV to "save him"?*
