Well, I read this article now- Tiger Woods reportedly hurt in car accident - The Globe and Mail

and it says the following at the end
The highway patrol says the crash is still under investigation, and charges are pending. However, the highway patrol said the crash was not alcohol-related.

I have no clue how this happens without alcohol being involved. I mean, "charges are pending"? Did someone attack him?

edit- now that I think about it. There have been rumors of an affair with Tiger.

Charges pending and no alcohol, as others have said, maybe reckless op, or DUI, non alcohol? I hate to think that negatively, but 3:30 in the AM and charges pending have me thinking a bit. I hope he is alright. As many college football players have learned, nothing good happens at that time of the morning, at least that shows up in the papers :biggrin:

I love how you make something public.

I cannot stand how the media treats him. He can do no wrong in their eyes. He is one of the worst sports on the golf course. He constantly bangs clubs, curses and throws a fit. Any other player would be called out and be fined. He is given a free pass. It is not right.

You called me disgraceful because I said "Mr. Perfect may have just fucked up." Not really sure what is disgraceful about that statement. Care to share?

I kind of agree with you. If he's out of the hospital then why should I really worry about him anymore? If he did something wrong I hope he gets punished to the full extent of the law. I have no "special" feelings for this guy. He's got a great life and enough money to last him forever. My thoughts and prayers will probably not be directed toward him, but instead toward others who really need it.

Seriously, he was already released from the hospital in GOOD condition. He had some face scratches.

Rumors are milling about that he has been involved in an affair for a few months. Could of been a fight with the wife that caused him to leave the house distraught.

Could the charges just be from running over public property (fire hydrant)?

Weird to say the least but I'm glad he's ok. Like them or not you never want to see anyone get hurt (ok we all know I don't mean that but its Christmas time and he didn't go to scUM).
