went to a Don’s Seafood joint (not sure the actual name, got several locations all over the southern part of Louisiana) today and sat at bar.
Wife was sitting by the wall where the drink shelf extended.
Right next to her head was a beautiful bottle.
Jack Daniels Sinatra Select.
I’m a big fan of Jack and often listen to Sinatra while sipping so of course i ordered a glass (double on the rocks with water).
man, this stuff was good, but $48 for one damn glass seems a bit excessive.

Fried a turkey yesterday, injected with creole butter and rubbed with Tony Chachere's (sorry if that's not on your approved list, Nutriaitch. It was the best I could find at the grocery store, haha). Came out top notch and was served with deep fried brussel sprouts

Keeping it simple: brioche bun, 1/4 pound Angus patty, sharp cheddar, onion, tomato, lettuce and 1000 isle dressing.
