Thread of What You've Eaten, Cooked and/or Drunk Lately

If you do the sauces a day or two before the flavors really get a chance to mix. But, give me freshly made sauce over store bought 10 times out of 10. And the shit keeps for months refrigerated and goes great with all varieties of yard bird (breaded/fried especially)

So in an exercise that couldn't be more counter to that. Did these wings a couple.weeks ago, smoked then grilled. (If I already posted this fuck off). But this is like 80's trash ketchup sauce on purpose. Like those Friday prime rib places that did rib racks Thursday on the oven with liquid smoke and open pit.. well... Spice it up and Apple cider vinegar... Maybe some brown sugar for full grill off weaponization. Its deep fake northeast ohio bbq, but better than tik tock or any of those guys ever did it.
