Decided to try to make macarons. My piping skills are a fucking embarrassment leading to some slightly misshapen cookies, but overall, I’m pretty fucking proud. Texture is right, nice feet, and they taste like macarons. Filled with raspberry preserves.

Been buying naan bread and using it for the crust for making pizza’s on the grill lately. Very quick and effective pizza. Throwing on basil and oregano from my herb garden. De Fratelli pizza sauce!

It warmed up a bit so I was able to grill some Scottish Salmon with a Cajun seasoning. Was delicious and even the cat found it tasty!
