If you do the sauces a day or two before the flavors really get a chance to mix. But, give me freshly made sauce over store bought 10 times out of 10. And the shit keeps for months refrigerated and goes great with all varieties of yard bird (breaded/fried especially)You did. I am adapting some stuff in a bit
