Something's odd. I can't see the last one after I post, but I could see it when I was creating the post. However, if I go in to edit the post, I see the money shot again, but it again disappears when I hit "save changes" and post.

good thing about doing shrimp for just the 4 of us:
small enough to do on my stove (rather than burner outside) and whole house ends up smelling like seafood boil
