Not the best food porn but...wife wants to eat healthier (--note baby carrots and hummus). So, kofta with a bit of chevre over couscous and drizzled with tzatziki. Got to empty the spice cabinet on this and she's happy.

I think as long as you keep your meatball to baby carrot ratio at 2:1 you'll be ok
