Late to the party on this one, no doubt, but--just before St. Patrick's Day I bought some Bailey's Irish Cream on a whim. (Was in a futile search for Creme de Menthe to make parfaits.) Started St. Patty's Day with a dose of the Bailey's in my morning coffee. Coffee will never be the same. Looking doubtful that bottle will last until next March.
