happy?
Damn--cabin fever setting in:lol: (I shouldn't jest about that, should I. Besides, Velveeta before Kraft any day)? There was supposed to be a second picture but I seemed to have deleted it. A while back with slightly different ingredients:

I didn't plan on becoming a home juicer guy, but there I was at Home Goods. Breville (solid top of the line brand) Juice Fountain Plus with a $100 tag, red tagged to $70. Quick Google search shows that it's a current model that retails for $170, and here we are. Picked up a box of yellow mangos and a watermelon on my way home. Will report back when it's done.

Was down in Orlando recently (not my favorite city AT ALL!), and was looking for a place to have dinner on OBT (only dinner... not crack or prostitutes, I swear!) and came across this Venezuelan restaurant:

Kind of a hole-in-the-wall, and there were a good number of people in it night and day

Had a Patacon Maduro with shredded beef

Basically a sandwich with plantain slices instead of bread. As you can see, they put the cheese on top as well as on the meat/lettuce.

I enjoyed it so much that I went back and had the Desayuno Criollo con Huevo (Arepa, shredded beaf, eggs, fries, beans and cheese) for breakfast the next day.

What's it called?

Next time I'm in the area I'll have to check it out. I usually just go to the German Village to eat whenever I pass through C-bus.

It's not far from German Village at all -- right on S High, just south of downtown. I am not kidding when I say that I will put that sauce on almost anything. It's so good that I would even consider eating eggplant if it was covered in that sauce.
