Steak sandwiches chased with a Bourbon and branch.What's on tap for the game tomorrow? I hit one of the Polack fresh markets out near O'Hare today and got some thin sliced ribeyes and goose fat. I haven't decided weather it's steak sandwiches or philly cheese steaks. In any event, there'll be some goose fat fries. Also picked up some Polack Hunter's Salami and "Highlander Style" smoked rib belly.
