he'll end up biting it when he trips and falls into a sharp object or a strobe light sends him into epileptic shock.God damnit. I cant believe he's going to survive again. Bastards.
Who? Gabriel, Carl, Glenn, Eugene?
I was actually happy they killed off those two f'ing kids. I hope Sam died painfully.
I thought that's who he was talking about...so that's who my comment was referring to.you guys are pissed Coral lived? Hell, For the 25 lives Glen clearly has, he had better go down in a blaze of glory that has never been seen before. I don't even think Negans bat is enough now. I'm talking a hollow fence post up the ass and 50 feet of barbed wire stuck up and pulled out his nostrils.
If you watched "Talking Dead", that little kid may be a D-bag in real life.On the other hand, I can now understand why they had to make that smaller kid such a useless fuckwit, because if that was a sympathetic small child, that scene would have been really hard for many people to watch, to the extent that I don’t know if they could have done it.
In my IMO, they’ve overdone the Glen/Maggie death teases. At this point it is bordering on “Who killed Kenny” for Glen. I am still not convinced he’ll be at the business end of Lucille yet either.
Can I call it or whatSome thoughts after digesting (no pun intended) last night’s episode (spoilers ahead, so don’t read of you haven’t seen yet):
I liked the filming of the episode, and it certainly had a lot of action. The ending was way too “Dead Alive” for me, however (although this is where I say if Eugene straps that push mower on and runs a similar fullback dive, I will never say a bad thing about this show ever again). But the premise of the n00bs finally unfucking themselves and trying to defend their homes was well done.
Dinner of 3 was well-filmed, although I was a bit surprised they stuck so close to the comic. It would have been more powerful if Rick had to chop his honey’s arm off while she was still alive and screaming/looking at him, but maybe that would have been too intense. On the other hand, I can now understand why they had to make that smaller kid such a useless fuckwit, because if that was a sympathetic small child, that scene would have been really hard for many people to watch, to the extent that I don’t know if they could have done it. So Coral is now going to look like the Governor…will he start acting like him?
Does anyone else see potential spoilers of a Rick/Michonne family unit? In this one episode, she saved Rick from getting shot by little fuckface, she assisted and then kissed Coral (like a mom) in the infirmary, and then was the one holding Judith while Rick was with Coral at the end.
In my IMO, they’ve overdone the Glen/Maggie death teases. At this point it is bordering on “Who killed Kenny” for Glen. I am still not convinced he’ll be at the business end of Lucille yet either.
I guess I don’t understand to overarching point of the Carol/Morgan/fucked up teeth guy (FUTG)/Doctor arc now that it’s over. Carol was right because FUTG did what he did first, but then Morgan was right because he turned for the Doctor? Carol was selfish? Morgan was selfish? So everyone is good and everyone is bad? We didn’t know that after 5 seasons? Doctor chick seems to be coming into her own…she’s a good actress, they could do some things with her if they keep her around long enough.
Can I call it or what
On point. Not an awful follow up to such an intense episode but was not thrilled with it either. I was definitely into the Rick/Darryl storyline and I really did enjoy a lot of their run, but the rest was a little bland. Carl and Enid go Twilight in the woods. Maggie invites Enid to be social. Meredith's son continues to make poor, uneducated decisions (although the scene he puts her down was fairly well done imo).
And I am ok with leaving some loose ends to tie up after the aftermath of the last show, but for Rick to immediately bone down on Michonne after watching Jessie get eaten alive with her family was a little much for me. I guess we don't know where we sit chronologically in this episode but I just think it was still pretty premature. In any event, the "Jesus" character looks pretty interesting moving forward.
