The Legend of Troy Smith

After the second game of the season in 7th grade Troy Smith was forced to join the high school varsity squad because the remaining teams on the schedule threatened to forfeit the games rather than face him. Although he only ended up a 2nd team all-state selection that season he was happy to make the sacrafice for his jr. high teammates.
