Michigan's losing season is not good for the Buckeyes.

The Ohio State Buckeyes will participate in a Bowl game for the 20th straight year, and the Michigan Wolverines will have extra time to study for exams this season.
Michigan, the winningest team in college football, are Bowl-less this season. Not only will Michigan finish with its first losing season since 1967, but the nation's longest active bowl streak (33) is also over.

Everyone knows the disdain between Michigan and OSU, but is a pitiful Michigan team good or bad for the rivalry? Is a lackluster Michigan team bad for the Big Ten?
