Never been to The Game. If something happened and tOSU lost I'd never forgive myself. I figure I'll take my daughter with me for my first and she can always tell the story about how the only time she ever saw her pops shed a tear was during the singing of Carmen Ohio during The Game.

I bought a "Fuck *ichigan" shirt during Tressel's first season and I've worn is every single year for The Game despite the fact it has barely resembled a shirt since about 2006. That shirt and I are 11-2.

Fuck that shitty school up north. Fuck their inept coach. Fuck their fight song, colors, band, town, and everyone that lives in it, Buckeyes excluded.

3-4-1 here, with a 3-game winning streak. (When people ask which was my favorite game, I have a tough time NOT choosing 2004. Almost 20 years after my first game, I finally saw Ohio State beat Michigan.) Who can I blame if my record doesn't get to 0.500 this week?

I've been to a lot of Games, both at our place and in the pig house, but one of the sweetest ever was 2001. After enduring the 13 year hell that was the John Cooper era (I went to every one of those....), to go up north and beat the weasels in their house was unbelievable. Buckyle mentions shedding a tear during Carmen Ohio, and I'll tell you, I shed a few listening to The Best Damn Band In The Land play our song to celebrate a win in their house. It still chokes me up a bit to think about it now. One of the best days ever. I'm looking forward to adding another to the W column this Saturday.
It's *ichigan week, baby! 9:08 am, Monday 11/24, and *ichigan still, as always, sucks.

A buddy taking me to the 1996 game is the reason in I chose to go to OSU. As a Florida boy coming up to the cold was no small feat. The passion I saw, and the atmosphere I witnessed left with no doubt about where I wanted to go to school.I had several other offers for scholarship, but chose to receive a partial scholarship to Ohio State instead. I didn't apply anywhere else. I knew I was home. I made the best friends that I still have and made the best memories of my life (so far). I met my wife at OSU, and moved to Florida for work. After 10 years in FL, we moved home last month.

Fuck *ichigan. Seriously.
