The offense needs an overhaul from top to bottom, and it starts at Urban. I'm surprised he let it get this bad, honestly.

Offense and Special Teams. Our ST has been consistently awful for the past 5 years (asides from Cam)

Well USUALLY Urban nails coaching hires. Tom Herman was a home run hire and he got it right two times in a row after the Withers whiff.

I think Urban went for it because he knows his offense is dogshit right now. I also think that his mood before halftime might have partially been him thinking "how in the world can I pull my senior, captain, QB in The Game in favor of a freshman?" He may just have to if we don't move the ball on this possession. There are guys getting open but we are floundering and all of these star, stud athletes don't have the ball in their hands.

He's turned to defense around with his hires and that's the only reason we're even in the mix right now. Had Herman not left it'd be ridiculous. I give him this offseason to make a change on offense before I throw his hiring decisions on the table.
