I worked today. Forcibly. It was not my choice. I worked from 4:15 to 3:15am. They have scheduled me for today as well. I will not be working or sleeping today. I have never felt this tired on the day of The Game.

That being said...

Ohio State is going to win. I can't gauge the score. Either the offense sputters with a couple key big plays and the defense has an off day, and we win by a FG, or JT comes out on fire and the Silver Bullets dismantle their offense and we win by 23.

But we will win. Good will triumph. The Harbaugh will shed his shirt like a molting insect and crawl back under some high school kickers bottom bunk to seethe for another year. It's an omen of another great year for Ohio with a bountiful harvest and economic growth.

I just hope the offense has some quick hitters in place to slow their defense down. I think we all know that they will try to get out O-line flustered early. make them pay for it please.

That being said, I think our Defense will be the best one on the field today. 7 sacks and 3 picks for the good guys.

Very under appreciated IMHO. A year removed from #1 vs #2 and I remember being a tad down from losing to Illinois, then just feeling almost a touch burned out from the hype that was 2006.

Then to watch Beanie go for 30+ carries for 222 yards and 2TD's. Just putting the offense on his back and saying 'I got this', very special. Not sure we'll see another day in the office like that any time soon.

That whole season was/is underrated. We got a couple lucky breaks to get back to the title game, but I'll be damned if Boeckman didn't do his best.
