I got a new pup for my girlfriend and I nearly two months ago. He's half beagle half french bulldog (often referred to as Beabull's by ppl now). We saw some others of similar mix but the English/American bulldog mixes got to be bigger than what we had wanted. I'm told he will get to be about 25-35lbs (he's 4 1/2 months old and weighs 18 lbs now). His name is Asher and he's the absolute shit! This dude loves EVERYTHING and is just the sweetest lil guy ever. Potty training has been a bit rough because where we got him he was outside in a kennel but he's gotten so much better over the last few weeks. We take him to dog parks frequently and he is fearless; he'll play with rots, german sheps, or any kind of large dog (even a couple Great Dane's) and won't back down from them - it's hysterical. I'm actually surprised at how athletic and quick he is. Here's some pics of him laying around shortly after we first got him.

I really don't like animals. I think they are dirty and cannot stand going into your dirty, smelly house if you're an animal owner.
If you were serious and not being facetious or sarcastic
Why would you even come to this thread if you feel that way?

There's a lot of studies that correlate that response with how you feel about people as well
and by the way, I'll match my house with yours any day...
To have a perception that folks that love animals don't maintain them as well as they would their kids is comical
You need to hang out with a higher class of people

My dog Brutus (future's so bright he's gotta wear shades) is having a great time this spring/summer chasing down all the rabbits in the neighborhood. He immediately looks for them when we go outside to take a walk or when I let him out back in the morning. All I have to do is say rabbit and he will jump up and run to the door. He looks like a cartoon character as he gets running after them with the back legs just a spinning. My only fear is the killer rabbit (homage to Python).

Our youngest is turning 10 in Oct. On his 9th birthday he asked for a dog. We were building our house and in a condo at the time so there was no way that was happening. The wife said, "keep you room clean for a year..."

Damn kid is almost there...

American Bulldog, Boxer or Bull Mastiff are on the short list.

Would like to do a rebound for any of the above. If anyone knows of a rebound for these breeds, please let me know!
