Heads up for dog owners. If you feed your dog any kind of chicken jerkey treats like the one below, check the packaging carefully. Most of it is coming from China, and the chinese made crap has killed over 300 dogs recently. There is no specific brand warning (probably all comes out of the same factory like with the last batch of deadly chinese dog food a few years ago), so if it's made in China, best to just throw it out.

If your dog can't digest the people's dog food, obviously your dog needs to go to [strike]a people's reeducation camp[/strike] training.

no dogs.. but lots of 4-legged furry children

Friend of mine asked for an alarm system recommendation after the house next to hers was burglarized

I suggested German-Shepherds-R-Us... the new 100+ lb model

Normal alarm systems only activate when the burglar attempts to enter the house... German-Shepherds-R-Us comes with a motion detection system that activates when anyone gets within 100 ft of the house... and gives out an interesting alarm sound that sounds like "you want a piece of this?"

My sweetheart critters hit the front door like linebackers when visitors approach the stairs.. I'd be scared shitless if I was a visitor and saw the mayhem that erupts... my extremely affectionate female will not let anyone near my wife... that's one bad ass bitch when she's in protection mode

Speaking of such things, the next time you want a great dog for free:

German Shepherds are either good with people, kids, and other dogs or there not. In many cases you can get a trained, house broken dog that becomes a member of the family in a couple of days.

Gerardo Perez Allegedly Has Sex With Pit Bull At Chicago Animal Shelter
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/06/03/gerardo-perez-sex-pit-bull-chicago-animal-shelter_n_3377866.html?ir=Weird+News
A Chicago man allegedly sneaked away during a tour of an animal shelter to have sex with one of the facility's dogs.

Gerardo Perez, 50, was involved in a Wednesday tour of the Chicago Animal Care and Control Facility when he disappeared from the group, the Chicago Sun Times Reported.

A shelter employee saw Perez in a restricted area and told the man to leave. The employee came back a short time later and said Perez was still there. This time, though, Perez was allegedly on all fours inside an animal cage and appeared to have just finished having sex with a pit bull, according to the Chicago Tribune.

Is that a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel? I bought my wife a blenheim CKCS when I deployed in '04. She has been a great dog.

Yep! I have a house full of girls so we went a bit more fancy than I had done previously, but she has been an excellent puppy so far (she's 10 months now). She is smart, playful, and very gentle with the many little kids in our life - and I defy BoxCar to call her dirty after she's been outside chasing soap bubbles all day! :tongue2:

I never liked little dogs, but thanks to my wife I now have these 2 wonderful fur balls!!

Watching movies with my loyal to the end golden retriever. Not my choice of breed, but I've been the one to train her since she was 6 months. Love any dog that takes to the training. Can't make her attack, but this bitch would go down hard to protect anyone at this address. Good dog...

PS: I've had dogs since I was born. Never not had a dog. Had stupid dogs, had dogs smarter than they should be. I'll take a dumb dog that enjoys training over any smart dog that figures out how to open cabinets/refrigerators/doors/etc.

Then you taught the dog how to get you a beer out of the fridge right?
