After reading this whole thread, ignoring non-digital submissions from Roy Adams, I am impressed by the fact that things have sunk so low at Tennessee.

One of my good friends tell this story. He went to Knoxville on a Friday night and some of the UT players who were friends of his called and said they wanted to bring over Travis Henry, who had just gotten into trouble for stealing a baseball player's possession, stereo speaker, etc, and was caught on the dorm's tv camera. They brought him over to the hotel before they had to go to the movie that Friday night. He talked to Travis, got to know him, liked him, asked him why he stole the item, didn't he know there was a tv camera, he didn't have to steal, that there were friends of players around who would help them. Travis told my friend "yes, he knew there was a camera but he wanted the item anyway." Later, when Travis was playing, on a Friday night Travis visited him for a short hello; my friend asked him what he thought about the next day's game. Travis replied "we're playing one of those MIssissippi schools", not even knowing the name of the opponent. I digressed. My friend told Travis to come by the hotel the next morning and he would take him to Sams to obtain whatever Trvis wanted, proving to him he didn't have to steal. My friend didn't know if Travis would show up or not but he appeared shortly before 9. My friend took Travis to Sams and the area where the stereo speakers were on display. My freind told Travis to select the ones he wanted, fearing inside that Travis would select the most expensive on display, approx $700. No, Travis selected one for only $300.( I know, I know, this, too, could prove him dumb.) He had other dealings with him, liked him, but said he was the dumbest football player he had ever helped. Travis' subsequent actions demonstrate my friend's opinion might be correct! How many players off our nc team are in jail, facing jail, or killed someone. Little, now Travis, and some db who killed someone late at night on the side of the road?
