There were SEVERAL penalties on that play. However, the only penalty that was called helped the home team.

you know, if they are going to call too many men on the field, they could have ALSO popped #53 on the LSU offensive line for removing his helmet before the play was over.

Removing it and slamming it to the ground with the ball still live on the field. He did it right in the middle of the field. How do they not see that?

I'll tell you how - they were SEC refs in the middle of a hostile crowd.

that should have been called but rarely, if ever, is.

There should have been off-setting penalties which would have resulted in the end of the game.

What I thought was funny was it was the fastest replay decision I've ever seen. Those boys were working awfully fast.

I'd like to see if LSU was in a legal formation, and set, before the bad snap. As long as we're calling penalties on that play I hope we got all of them.

Yep. I haven't been to the UT sites.....but I'm sure that is a topic of discussion at this time. Just a hunch.

Dooley seems to be ok. I know Tennessee is 2-3, but give him some time to fix the Kiffin mess and I'm sure he will do alright. At least he isn't going to be a bitch and bolt after a year.

Dooley will be good for them. There's not a lot of talent on that team and they've hung with some good teams.
