Sugar Bowl - LSU 41, Notre Dame 14 (Final, Jan. 3, 2007)

This was fun. Let's do it again next season.

hopefully the BCS rethinks giving Notre Dame extra benefits after back to back snoozer blowouts in BCS bowls (unless you happen to be a fan of OSU or LSU or just like watching Notre Dame get crushed) so they won't be back again, they can lose to some other team in a lesser bowl

The first shows me just how little you know about football...

This coming from the "Norman Einstein" (thank yet another genius ND product for that one) who says "talent" is the sole determinant of who wins a game...

And yep, another blowout loss for Charlie and the give-up-a-TD-factory. Ol' Charlie's defense couldn't stop water if they turned off the fucking faucet alright...but hey, he's not responsible for the defense, and what do I know about football? :slappy:

By the way internet genius...I'm still waiting for you to inform me from your vast wealth of superior knowledge a) what games of any consequence at all (service academies don't count, nor does Stanford) has Charlie Weis won at ND, and b) in what games against teams of consequence has his defense played well in (like tonight's 41, for example).

You're pretty good at insult hurling, but you seem a tad light in the fact department...

What? Brady didn't get MVP? I say we boycott. It's all ESPN's fault. They hyped Jamarcus Russell all year and went out of their way to avoid showing Brady's highlights against Air Force and Stanford.

There were obviously no Jeff Proboscis puff pieces about his receiving TDs against the Coast Guard either...I think I might just sue... :slappy:
