Good job so far, but we still have a way to go.....

FYI - according to Alexa.com, a site that provides data on other websites, the average load time on BuckeyePlanet is 3.2 seconds, and BP is rated as a "slow" site; apparently, BP is slower than 79% of all other websites rated. These facts alone should highlight the need for a new server, especially when you consider that the site will only continue to become slower as traffic continues to increase.

Just mailed a second payment of $50. Come on, members...let's get the rest of the money donated so we can get a great new server. Have you all noticed a slight slow down lately? That's because we're averaging around 150 members on-line during peak times, and our membership is almost 4,000 (and continuously growing). The sooner we get this new server the better...
