I will be in the fawcett center parking lot like I said at probably 6 or 6:30. Hell I may even camp out the spot. I work 2nd shift and work 2 blocks away from the shoe. Like I said I have a tent maybe 2 flat screen and the dvd player grill . I am bringing a few of my friends so I may be their with a few other Bpers.gost8 said:Posted on Spring Game and T Shirt threads for max exposure...
OK guys I have gotten a lot of PM on where to set up. I have been there every year for the last 10 or so years and have always parked in the French Field House parking lot (Stadium side) Great place to tailgate, but not a lot of passersby to sell shirts and stuff. I mentioned the Fawcett Center only because I usually park there or in the Woody Hayes Center for regular games. Tons of people and if you get there early enough to get a primo spot, all of them will walk right past you to get to the Stadium. That being said, I have never parked there for a Spring Game and don't know how packed it gets not being a sold out event. This is where I need to here from anybody that has parked there before. Also, one thing I think we are gonna have to clear up is that tOSU/Columbus has a STRICT policy on selling things on gamedays. A vending license is a must if people are going to make selling these shirts a high profile thing. It would suck to make all kinds of money for the site, only to have to use it to pay off court costs and fines. I have a few guys that have generously volunteered to help me take up some space early in the morning, so we can go pretty much where ever we want.
Please respond with ideas, suggestions, thoughts, etc....
