I have spoken with Jim Davidson, and I have permission to distribute my creations of his as long as they include a tagline at the bottom giving him credit (which are now on my more recent works using his photography). I cannot include photographs of current players, which are all of the players which will be playing again in 2005. But as long as I give them away for free, I have JD's blessings to hand them out freely at the Spring Game. Obviously there is nothing stopping us from collecting donations for BP nearby, but not as a requirement.

I've thought about it a lot and decided it would be best to steer clear of the dvds. Gost8, if you've ordered these than we can use them to produce The Game dvds within BP, but we're asking for trouble if we do that at the spring game.

Also, I am still unsure whether we should proceed with long sleeve t-shirts or short sleeve. Put in your feedback here with which ones you would prefer.

I agree about the DVD's as I stated in an earlier post to you. I would rather have a long sleeve but I think we should do some of each long sleeve and short sleeve. I didn't order the DVD cases, as I wanted to wait until we knew for sure what we were doing. There are tons of them on Ebay so we can get them whenever. Maybe you could put together a calender with your work too. I am still awaiting approval from Clarity on putting up a BP banner or flag of some sort. I also PM Mili asking him for suggestions or comments. Haven't heard from him yet either. I think if we all put our shirts on when we get there it would be obvious for the other people that get there later. How many orders for shirts do you have and have you gotten the go ahead on that yet?

I am very partial to long sleeve T's, but I am lucky enough to work indoors with air conditioning. Is it too hard to do one longsleeve and one shortsleeve version?

somehow I miss the spring game every year. that is the same weekend as the Ohio Rugby Classic. but would definitely love a shirt or two, so mark me down for those (medium).

Yeah guys, if you are gonna post to the board that you interested that is fine. Try to post on what you are interested in though.

For example: I am coming to the Spring Game and am interested in meeting up with the BP gang. I am also interested in a t-shirt. SIZE: XL, COLOR: RED, long sleeve.

This will help us keep track of how many are coming, how many shirts to make up and what size, color and style to get.

Good morning BP. I received a PM from Clarity this morning stating he could not be more thrilled with the idea of getting together for the Spring Game and says his only regret is that he can't be there himself. So the Buckeye Planet Spring Game tailgate is officially on !

So lets keep those reservations coming. When you are talking to your buddies on BP tell them to get over here and sign up. Lets make this a huge success. It is gonna be a blast.

Make sure you get over to the t-shirt thread and order your shirts too. There gonna be sweet.
