Kent Tekulve. :banger:

I remember ripping open packs of '87 Topps cards...every other pack seemed to have either Tekulve, Greg Gagne or Pat Corrales in it.

There's a Greg Gagne in this case. Make that 2.

Fuckin' Oddibe McDowell.

'89 Donruss Frank Viola :pimp:

For you Indian fans, Rod Nichols had the largest glass ever known to man.

Like this....

That's the case. Fucking sweet.

We all have regular cards, but how many of you have an entire Pro Set football set from 1992...IN SPANISH!?

I also have a hologram card with Nolan Ryan, Reggie Jackson, and the Road Runner.

Put the last of my found cards in into sleeves & toploaders a bit ago. I found a Mark Chmura card.

Somebody mentioned how expensive packs of cars are now. I think that's what got me out of it back in the day. In the ten years I collected, packs went from 50 cents to upwards of $5.

I'm kicking around the idea of maybe trying to collect some rookie cards for rookies out of Ohio State. Seeing my Eddie George & Terry Glenn cards with them in the S&G made it seem like a good idea. These days that's about the only thing that would hold any interest or value for me.

Yeah, but Hills' snackbar had kickass hotdogs. :banger:

Don't forget fatass Kent Hrbek. I bet I have about 34 each of Rich Yett and Scott Bailes. I loaded up on Tribe players too.

I saw about a dozen various Scott Bailes cards in there. A couple Cory Snyders (mustache and mullet were full-grown).

None in Spanish, but I do have a set of hockey cards in French. I didn't know they were in French when I bought them. Tricky ass frogs. :shake:

I used to dedicate myself to stockpiling particular players. I went through phases of Darryl Strawberry (I think I had 30+ of his '87 Fleer at one point...filled up over 4 of those 3 X 3 pages), Kirby Puckett, Mike Greenwell, Cory Snyder () and Junior.

For me it was Chris Sabo and Walt Weiss Topps rookie cards. God I had at least 30 of each, and was 100% sure that the investment was good as gold....

The non sports cards that I remember the best are the Garbage Pail Kids and the Topps Desert Storm trading cards....I still freaking have several sets of those and too many Colin Powells and Norman Schwarzkopfs to count!

Shit. I've got the Desert Storm cards down there, too. I had completely forgotten about those!
