my paper focused more on your life outside of government, how you started many endeavors and failed horribly at all of them. maybe if i could find a copy of it i'll mail it to you and you could sign it for me?

What's going on fellas? I've been lurking for a couple years and just now decided to join the site. It's definitely my #1 website. I appreciate all the information provided by all the members here, including osugrad21, wadc45, mililanibuckeye, buckeyeskickbuttocks, osubaskeballjunkie, jwinslow, dryden, clevebucks, bb73, Oh8ch, and if I'm missing anybody, I apologize. The effort all you put forth to make this site meaningful really stands out. Much props to all of you!

A little info about myself. Been a Buckeye fan for years. It pretty much started when I graduated from playing soccer to playing football back in 4th grade, and it really took off when I was in the Boyscouts and our troop had the opportunity to usher at Ohio Stadium for the Buckeye games. For three years I went down to watch the Bucks play from '94-'96. I got to see them play Rice, Northwestern twice, Illinois twice, Michigan (Cooper's 1st win) and the Notre Dame game. We were right by the band when they were by the closed end of the stadium by the ROTC members. I'll never forget those games. I was kind of sad to hear that tOSU was stopping the Boyscouts usher program, because it gave me that opportunity, and for a lot of the young fans out there, they won't get that. Oh well. I took quite a while off and didn't get to a Buckeye game at the 'Shoe until I went to the Northwestern game last year. I actually got to sit in Terry Glenn's seats, or so I was told. I was also at "The Game" in Ann Arbor last year. That's another story for another time. Unbelieveable!!!

Born and raised in Cleveland, went to Mount Union, played football there, awesome time, now I live in Chicago. If there are any members on this board who live in Chi-town, let me know. I'm also going to the UofI and Northwestern games so if any of you all are going, let me know as well. Hopefully I can put some faces to some names.

Since I've been browsing for so long, I've picked up on a few things here and there. Number 1, absolutely no member, coach or player bashing. If you post, do it respectfully, no flaming. The mods can bring the thunder. Don't piss off MililaniBuckeye...ever! If you have to refer the TSUN, it must be one of several variations like scUM, M*ch*g*n, Meatchicken, Michitgan, or Michfagan, and ESPN is refered to ESPiN (someone will have to inform me about that one). I also have a question about what IMO means. I've been racking my brain trying to think of what it means and I guess I'm just stupid.

Once again, I love this site. The information provided is outstanding, and I can't give out enough respect to the members I mentioned above and of course the ones I didn't mention either. That's about it. Sorry for the novel. I'll rarely post, and if I do, it'll be if I really want get in on the discussion. I just tend to read. On that note, I'm out. Keep up the good work everybody!
