Sound Off !!! - Introduce Yourself

I've seen this thread before, just took me a little while to write something in it! I'm born from 2 Ohioans, Mom grew up in Lima, Dad from Cincy, and the rest of my relatives still live up in Ohio. I go there every summer, uh, even to Lima.....lol. They both joined the AF after high school, they met up, pro-created and had me in 1982. So I grew up watching the Buckeyes all over the world, then they retired in Colorado Springs where I can officially call "home". Then I decided to get on the right track and joined the AF as well in October of '02, and been stationed here in Wichita Kansas ever since, with 5 deployments under my belt ranging from 4 months to 6. My enlistment is up come this October where I will be moving back to Colorado Springs with the wife. My sister starts her years at tOSU Lima campus this August. There is a great amount of Buckeye fans out there as I have seen, every Fall Saturday they meet at a Buffalo Wild Wings to watch the games, it's awsome! Glad to be here as part of a wonderful and informative group of people, who are very faithful to the Scarlet and Grey. I look forward to posting with a lot of you, and as always...GO BUCKS!

Sorry-sota? I'm sure glad that my mom decided not to buy those twenty acres of land in Bee Ridge for $50 back taxes in 1949. Nobody lives there now. :shake:

yeah... not really worth much now... maybe $15 million? There's still a bunch of cows living near Bee Ridge and McIintosh.

OSU Alum, living in DC, working as an Investigator, and missing Cbus.:oh:

Welcome to BP! We have 3 official game watch sites in the DC area. Rhinos Bar & Grille in Georgetown, Ri Ra Pub in Clarendon, and Union Jacks in Bethesda. Rhinos is actually a Penn St place that Buckeye fans are slowly taking over. Penn St and Cane fans also use Union Jacks as a game watch site. Ri Ra is 100% Buckeyes. Please join Buckeye fans at either of these locations.

Thanks for the heads up! I knew about Rhinos, but not the other two.

Sadly, my wife went to PSU, so a mixed crowd would be ideal for her.

Go Bucks!
