Sound Off !!! - Introduce Yourself

I'm an old goat, so my very first year as a Buckeye fan was the national championship team of 1954. I thought being a fan of this school was going to be easy. There have been a few bumps since then. Rooting for the Buckeyes is something that has been passed down from my dad to my sons. My dad made me memorize the players on the 1954 team over dinner, and I still remember all the names -- even though I often forget where I put my reading glasses. My aunt worked at Ohio State, so I got to go to one or two games a year on her season ticket. I saw Paul Warfield drop a desperation pass because Hayes didn't teach the passing game. Warfield later went on to become a star NFL receiver. I think Urban is by far the best coach we've ever had, but the defense has made the games unsatisfying this year.

I am a 60 year Buckeye fans and like Keith remember way to much of TOSU football and basketball history, love the good memories but can't seem to ever forget the bad! Loved the 1968 team! Rex Kern and Jack Tatum will always be my favorites but love all the Buckeyes? Hate the Cinci bearcats(1961and1962) hate EVeRYTHINg Fichigan! Going to Orange Bowl flying out on Thursday , maybe see some of you there. Would put photo on but don't want to scare you!
